There are many programs offering work at home opportunities that will flat take your money and never look back. In researching programs, on the web , I have run into more than my share to be honest. It's sad, but if you find a niche in the market place that does allot of business it's like the movie The Field of Dreams. As they say in that movie build it and "They Will Come". Trust me they will come, yet there are many people who are successful with online program or an online web business. The Internet offers fantastic inexpensive opportunities. How do we sift the the thousands of programs?

There is certainly a demand for this type of online income. One can easily see that by the keywords that are searched for such as work at home scams
work from home scams, work at home job scams and this is just a few. People are looking for good programs, yet want to be sure they are staying away from the Scam artist.

Well I can tell you what I recommend and that is this:

1. Look for programs that are in the market place I think is in demand.
2. Read tons of feedback on users of the programs
3. Look at their track record for payments
4. Look at how they handle returns. Don't get me wrong I want a return system in place for my customers. I prefer programs that allow my customers to return a product that does not work for them.
5. Look at the training that is provided to ensure that anyone signing up through my site will have the best chance for success. This will also keep returns down and customers happy.
6. Look for companies that respond to their respective customers needs. I want to see how they respond to my questions and emails.

This just a few areas I look at for programs on my site, but I try to get a feel for the particular niche in the market, from my research, so that It will be easier to pick 2-3 programs for my visitors. I'm sure there are other web site owners out there that are doing the same things.

My suggestion is to use an online work at home directory, because it will save you time and money. In addition when you use a directory site you will be dealing directly with the respective company. They in turn will pay the directory site owner a small affiliate fee for bringing customers to them.

In fact when you use a work at home directory site you have the benefit of the research and selection process having been done for you. You just pick from the best of the best. I believe it gives visitors a better chance for success. I'm quite sure many other web site owners feel the same way. Mine is not the only site available. You may find someone else's content more to your liking.I encourage you to go where you feel comfortable.

The other thing I think is important is customer support and training. Any good company worth it's salt has to train and support it's customer base. In addition only a few offer a money back guarantee, which I feel is important to visitors to my web site.

That does not mean their are not good companies out there that don't offer a money back guarantee, because there are. I have some on my site, but they few and far between. I'm sure the reason they don't offer a guarantee is because their respective fee's are so low. Good companies are out there you just have to find a site that highlights them or do allot of home work and research yourself. It can be done and you can be successful. Really, what do you have to lose? The start up cost is minimal and you more than likely have everything you need.
